  • During high-volume periods, holidays, or special promotions, processing time may extend slightly.
  • We inspect and quality-check each product before shipping to ensure it meets ZiVive standards.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

We primarily use standard ground shipping services for cost-effective and reliable delivery, including:
USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and OnTrac Ground.

These services provide basic tracking and estimated delivery times between 3–9 business days depending on your location.
Expedited or express shipping options may be available at checkout (at additional cost).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • In certain promotions, we may offer free shipping for selected items or order values β€” otherwise, standard rates apply.
  • ZiVive reserves the right to adjust shipping charges based on courier changes or surcharges.

4. Order Verification & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order.
  • ZiVive is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for packages lost due to wrong address entry by the customer.
  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the courier’s website.
  • ZiVive is not responsible for delays in tracking updates caused by carrier systems.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery window (after dispatch):

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
  • UPS Ground / FedEx Ground: 3–9 business days
  • OnTrac Ground: 2–6 business days (limited states)
  • Delays due to weather, postal congestion, holidays, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
  • ZiVive cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked β€œDelivered” by the carrier, ZiVive is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
  • If a shipment is delayed or missing during transit, customers must contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
  • ZiVive will assist with tracking inquiries, but cannot issue refunds for delays or loss caused by courier handling, delivery errors, or theft after delivery.

8. Damaged Packages

  • All packages are sealed with a green QC PASS sticker and a gold VOID tamper-proof seal after inspection.
    If these stickers are intact, it confirms that your item passed quality check and was shipped in good condition.
  • If a product arrives damaged or tampered with, customers must:
    1. Take clear photos of the outer box and product, and
    2. Email info@zivive.com within same day of delivery.
  • Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

9. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

  • Packages returned as undeliverable or refused by the customer will incur return shipping fees and restocking charges.
  • Refunds will only cover the product price after deducting all actual shipping and return costs.

10. International Shipping

Currently, ZiVive ships within the United States only.
International shipping will be introduced in the future with updated policies.

11. Force Majeure

ZiVive is not responsible for shipping delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control β€” including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, labor issues, carrier system failures, or government restrictions.
